For the past 18 years, she has called Port Stephens home, building a distinguished career in healthcare. Over the past decade, Jemma worked in the high-pressure environment of the John Hunter Emergency Department, delivering critical care with exceptional problem-solving, multitasking, and a steadfast commitment to quality outcomes. Her robust administrative skills, honed through managing competing priorities and maintaining meticulous attention to detail, have seamlessly transitioned into her role at Bluewater Glass and Balustrades.
Jemma now excels in office support, marketing, and sales, bringing her trademark precision and client-focused approach to the business. Driven by a passion to build a lasting legacy, Jemma supports her husband in growing Bluewater Glass and Balustrades, a venture that reflects their shared vision and dedication to their family. Interesting Fact: I come from a large family, with 15 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Family gatherings—especially Sunday lunches and Christmas—are always lively and full of energy!
